Project Description

This project involves the construction of a new 3.45 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with key components including a new headworks and screening system, a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) system, a UV disinfection system, a cascade aeration system, and new chemical and electrical buildings.

Additional improvements include the installation of a bag dewatering system, an emergency generator, a sludge bed roof, and a non-potable water system. The project also features the construction of a new effluent sewer and outfall. The scope of work includes nearly 8,000 cubic yards of concrete placement and the implementation of rigid inclusion ground improvements to enhance structural stability. Reynolds is self-performing the cast-in-place concrete work.
