Project Description

Reynolds Construction served as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the City of Greeley, Colorado, on the Terry Ranch Pipeline, a 32-mile, 36-inch water transmission pipeline extending from northwest of Windsor to the proposed aquifer well field near Carr, Colorado.

The project was constructed in multiple segments. Segment 2 includes approximately 35,275 linear feet of welded steel pipe, beginning at the connection to Segment 1 north of SH 14 and extending north along WCR 19 to just north of WCR 96.

The Terry Ranch Pipeline will provide critical infrastructure to support the City of Greeley’s long-term water supply.
