American Water Tennessee Lookout Valley River Crossing

Reynolds provided CMAR services for Tennessee American Water to install approximately 7,200 LF of 16-inch ductile iron water transmission pipeline, including a crossing of the Tennessee River. The project incorporated tunneling, drill and blast, and marine construction methods to safely install the pipeline while minimizing environmental impacts. Reynolds collaborated with the Owner and engineer during preconstruction to address constructability, subsurface conditions, and construction risks, ultimately expanding water delivery capacity and improving system reliability for customers north of the river.
